Clothes recycling collection tomorrow! Towels and sheets welcome as well as clothes and shoes. No duvets or pillows though.

Thank you so much for your wonderful support of our concert last Friday. Sorry that some of you didn’t have seats – we are victims of our own success! The church is such a lovely atmospheric venue for an “Advent” concert that we are reluctant to move the event elsewhere.

School News 26-11-2015

Slight change from my last letter: could all students from 1st to 6th Class be at the church tomorrow at 6:10 pm? We will have the violins already so the teachers will have them tuned. Recorder players should bring their recorders and music. Parents can come in when they drop the children or at any time up to 6:30 pm when the show will begin!! We’ve got a lovely line-up of musical items for you; they’re not all Christmassy but there are a few “Yule-related” numbers to get you in the mood!

Liberties Recycling Project 26-11-2015

The Liberties Recycling Project will be collecting used, clean clothes, sheets, towels, pairs of shoes etc from the school on Tuesday 1st December.

The school receives a donation for every kilo collected. Each year collections of unwanted clothes earn the school around €600, at the same time helping a worthy local charity.

Also want to remind you about our orchestra concert on Friday. Please have your children in the church by 6 pm at the latest if they play violin, as the instruments all need to be tuned! Other players should be there by 6:15 at the very latest, and the concert will start at 6:30 pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone from 1st to 6th Class there and please encourage some last-minute practising!

Halloween!
