Hello everyone,
Mr Timothy Gill, Principal of St Patrick’s Cathedral Grammar School, has asked me to let you know that the school is having an Open Day on Friday December 4th from 2 pm to 4 pm. All parents interested are welcome to attend with their children, but the invitation states that the event may be most relevant to pupils currently in 5th Class, and their parents.
Well done to all on the marvellous Winter Fair on Sunday. Fantastic atmosphere, really well-organised and a great result on the financial side – will have a total for you very soon but it looks like being around €6,000! Congratulations to the Parents’ Association Committee and all those who helped out….which seemed to be nearly everyone!
Also want to remind you about our orchestra concert on Friday. Please have your children in the church by 6 pm at the latest if they play violin, as the instruments all need to be tuned! Other players should be there by 6:15 at the very latest, and the concert will start at 6:30 pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone from 1st to 6th Class there and please encourage some last-minute practising!
