A huge well done to all our Senior players from 4th, 5th and 6th class who braved the horrendous weather conditions and played some fantastic hurling.  Today, captained by Katy in 6th class the team beat Synge Street and played well against St. Louis High School.  St. Louis High School haven’t played a hurling/camogie match since 1963 and despite the obvious age difference and height difference all the St. Catherine’s players came together as a strong team and didn’t lose too badly.  It was a tough game, especially in the second half with the gale force winds against us.  Congratulations to our star player today, Adam from 4th class.  With the determination and team work shown today, our school teams will definitely go far.
