Dear Parents,
There have been a couple of cases of “slapped cheek” syndrome in the school recently. This is a mild viral illness in children but it can be problematic for pregnant women. Please ask your doctor for advice and if your child seems offcolour, please keep him / her at home.
The “Lollipop Man” has been a great success with the children so far. Thanks to the persistence of the Parents’ Association in achieving this. Please use the Lollipop Man yourselves and don’t cross at the corners but come up to the pedestrian crossing to give good example!
Enrolment invites went home in today’s bags; if you have a potential Junior Infant this year, please check the older child’s bag for the letter.
Kind Regards,
April.
