19.11.2017 PA: Winter Fair

Dear All.

The Winter Fair is almost upon us. Thank-you to everyone who has signed up so far but there are a LOT of empty slots, especially for the day itself. We really must get these filled

Just a reminder that donations can be brought to the school from Tuesday – Friday this week. Please do so – without these we can’t do anything!

We sell a lot of cakes so please can people help by:

Supplying (baking, blagging or buying) cakes, bakes, biscuits, buns, cookies etc.

Ideally brought to the school on the Sunday morning between 11 – 12.

Everything welcome, all standards and price-points. For the real avid bakers, it would be great to have some GF, nut-free and other dietary options available. Please label accordingly!

Lending tablecloths, serving tongs, aprons, cake stands and / or any other kind of table-top display ideas for the bakery goods. Label everything you want back and please remember to take them with you at the end of the fair.

Donating anything useful that you might already have at home like surplus paper bags, clean gift bags, cake tins, cake boxes, napkins, paper plates etc. We shouldn’t need to buy stuff for playing shop.  Please bring them on Friday, Saturday or early on Sunday during set-up.
