As you know the school concert is this coming Friday – 23rd June – in the Donore Community centre. Exact running times will be confirmed this week. The Parents Association will be providing refreshments in the school afterwards.
We need a good few volunteers to help with the following:
-Setting up of refreshments in the School – Friday afternoon from 3.30pm
-Collecting of entrance money at the door of the community hall before the concert
-Clearing up after the refreshments on Friday night
As it is a special concert this year we hope that as many parents as possible can attend both the concert and the school afterwards
